Rodent Control in Manvel, Texas

Manvel is converting blackland prairie into Rodeo Palms, Meridiana, Pomona and Del Bello Lakes at a fast clip, and that land clearing pushes rodents toward the new houses.

Rats or mice in a brand-new Manvel home? It happens more than people expect. Building Rodeo Palms, Meridiana, Pomona and Del Bello Lakes on former prairie and ranch land displaces the rodents that were already living there, and new construction still has entry gaps around utility lines and foundations. We remove them, then seal the openings.

New construction, displaced rodents

Manvel's growth is converting blackland prairie and ranch land into master-planned communities at a fast clip, Rodeo Palms from the early 2000s, Meridiana breaking ground in 2015, plus Pomona and Del Bello Lakes. Clearing that land pushes the rodents that lived there toward the nearest structure, which is often a brand-new house.

Sealing a new house is still necessary

New construction is not sealed by default. Utility penetrations, garage door gaps and foundation vents are common entry points on even a newly built home. We remove the active rodents and seal those gaps with materials they cannot chew through.
